GLENWOOD SPRINGS, Colorado — The Colorado Attorney General announced Wednesday that eight of the 15 defendants indicted in the 2009 statewide brothel operation and cocaine distribution ring have pleaded guilty, so far.

According to the indictment, the prostitution and pimping ring, known as “Mi Casa Su Casa” operated brothels between Dec. 30, 2006, and April 16, 2009 at nine locations in Denver, and one each in Longmont and Glenwood Springs.

The indictment claimed that the Denver area brothels would split the money between the prostitutes, while the other half would go to Montoya-Cadena. Watchmen were then paid a portion of the brothel’s proceeds.
